Minnesota / New York / Seattle
I’m originally from Minnesota, moved to New York for a while (I loved the people culture there!), moved back to Minnesota (and decided I could no longer tolerate the extreme climate – ha, ha!), and then moved to Seattle in January 2005. I love the amazing mild climate and incredible landscapes here in the Pacific Northwest! The landscape photos you see on my website are my own photos.
I genuinely enjoy meeting and getting to know all kinds of people (combination of “Minnesota Nice” and living in New York) and helping people make decisions that are good for them – including real estate decisions. I enjoy developing rapport, earning trust, asking important questions, and guiding people effectively through their home buying or selling process.
With You - communicating clearly and efficiently based on your unique, personal circumstances, priorities, etc. Being an active listener / consultant. Asking and talking openly about important and critical questions.
With All the Other People Involved - communicating with and treating your lender, your title and escrow representatives, your inspector(s), the other real estate agent(s) involved, and any others with genuine respect and courtesy.
