Real Estate
I’ve been a licensed real estate broker in Washington since 2019, and have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout King & Snohomish Counties and beyond (Greater Seattle area). I recently joined Windermere Real Estate (Kirkland Central office).

Minnesota / New York / Seattle
I’m originally from Minnesota, moved to New York for a while (I loved the people culture there!), moved back to Minnesota (and decided I could no longer tolerate the extreme climate – ha, ha!), and then moved to Seattle in January 2005. I love the amazing mild climate and incredible landscapes here in the Pacific Northwest! The landscape photos you see on my website are my own photos.
I genuinely enjoy meeting and getting to know all kinds of people (combination of “Minnesota Nice” and living in New York) and helping people make decisions that are good for them – including real estate decisions. I enjoy developing rapport, earning trust, asking important questions, and guiding people effectively through their home buying or selling process.
Encouraging & Helping Children, Youth, and Others
Over the years, I’ve learned that helping and encouraging others is one of the most important and rewarding things in life. I have traveled to hundreds of junior and senior high schools across the US talking with students about making good decisions, being a good friend, and believing in themselves and their dreams.
I volunteered at an alternative high school in Minneapolis, MN two summers in a row tutoring, mentoring, and encouraging at risk youth.
I was a guest speaker at a middle school in Minneapolis, MN where the school district dropout rate was the highest in the state.
I volunteered twice a month for five years at Echo Glenn Children's Center in the Seattle area where I met with, mentored, and encouraged incarcerated 10–21-year-old boys and young men.
Education & Professional Experience
I grew up in the country eight miles north of Mora, Minnesota (population 3000) fishing in the river behind our house, playing football and hockey, and helping farmers bale hay and
pick rock out of their fields during the hot / humid summers in junior high. I was 15 when I got my first job with a paycheck working at Ace Hardware in town.
I attended Mankato State University and then transferred to the University of Minnesota and graduated with a BS degree. I put myself through college 100% by working part time and with student loans.
Prior to being a real estate broker, my professional experience was in consultative sales, business development, and corporate training and development in small to very large private and public organizations.
Overcomer
As an overcomer of two extremely challenging health conditions in the past, I try to encourage and inspire others to persevere, to maintain a faith-filled positive mindset, to prioritize physical health, and to pursue their full potential for their own benefit and for the benefit of others.
What Makes Me Feel Fully Alive
I love the Pacific Northwest and I'm passionate about God's great outdoors – especially the amazing mild climate, mountains, rivers, and alpine lakes here in the Seattle area!
Also, I greatly value relationships and community, an active and healthy lifestyle (eating healthy, working out at the gym, hiking, backpacking, and snowshoeing), and things that truly make a positive difference in the lives of others.
And I look forward to getting to know you more – whether it’s related to real estate or something else!
